What makes Solvos different from other automation agencies?
We don't just plug tools together. We learn how your firm actually operates, then build automation around your real workflow. Most agencies build what you describe. We figure out what's actually worth automating.
What about confidentiality and data protection?
The system runs on your infrastructure: your servers, your accounts. Your client data doesn't pass through us. We sign NDAs and data processing agreements, and configure the setup to match the regulatory requirements that apply to your firm.
How is it priced? Is it a subscription?
No. Fixed price per project, paid on delivery. No subscriptions, no recurring fees from our side. The only ongoing costs are for tools you use directly (OpenAI, hosting, etc.) and those go in your name.
Does it integrate with the tools I already use?
Yes. We work with your current stack: CRM, email, legal or accounting software, Drive, etc. If it has an API or webhook, it connects. On the discovery call we map your tools before quoting.
What if the AI makes a mistake?
We design with human oversight by default: AI prepares, a person reviews before sending. You decide which steps are automatic and which need approval. Nothing goes to a client without your team's approval, unless you explicitly authorize it.
Will my team be able to use it?
Yes. We deliver it with training and documentation. Most automations run on their own; your team just approves or reviews from the tools they already use (email, your CRM). No technical team needed.
